Ray manages “Hank’s Yanks”, a not for profit competitive youth travel baseball team of underprivileged kids (ages 10-18) sponsored by New York Yankees co-owner Hank Steinbrenner. The organization supports both the baseball activities as well as the community outreach efforts of its outstanding young athletes. If good enough, the players have an opportunity to receive an invite to the Yankees organization try-outs in August.
